Connect eBay once, then use the same safe workflow for individual cards or whole batches.
This guide covers the exact order to connect eBay, scan cards, proofread AI results, set a price and publish safely.
You only need to do this once for each CoLister account.
Use the account you want to use with CoLister. Your CoLister drafts, settings and eBay connection stay attached to this account.
Go to Account & Settings, choose the CoLister AI tab, then find the eBay connection section.
Press Connect eBay. Sign in to the eBay seller account you want CoLister to use and approve the requested connection.
Refresh your eBay Business Policies, then select your normal postage, payment and returns policies. These become the defaults CoLister uses when it prepares listings.
Return to the CoLister dashboard. Your connected eBay seller name should appear and listing tools will be ready to use.
The fastest way to learn the normal CoLister workflow.
Photograph or upload the front of the card. Add the back whenever possible so CoLister can verify the set, card number and serial.
CoLister reads the visible card, checks set and parallel clues, and builds the first version of the listing.
Check the player, season, product, card number, parallel, serial and any autograph or patch details. Correct anything that is wrong before continuing.
Press Confirm details after you have checked the card. Confirmed corrections can be used by CoLister's learning system for future matching.
Use Smart Pricing as evidence, or type your own seller price. Always check the suggested comparable cards before relying on them.
CoLister checks the title, quantity, condition, images and eBay policies before creating the controlled eBay draft.
Check the final title, price and photos. Live publishing remains a separate confirmation so a scan cannot accidentally create a live listing.
Best when you already have a run of front/back card photos ready.
Use Front + Back when you have both sides. Upload them in pairs: Card 1 front, Card 1 back, Card 2 front, Card 2 back, and so on.
Use the photo preview to swap or move images before starting. This is the best place to catch a front/back pairing mistake.
CoLister processes the cards in the background. Back photos supplied before scanning are checked automatically; you should not normally need to run a second scan.
Work through the Review Queue. Fix uncertain fields, check the title and serial, review pricing, then approve only cards you are happy with.
Select approved cards and prepare eBay drafts. CoLister performs duplicate and listing checks before the final live-publish step.
Review the prepared cards one last time, then use the explicit publish confirmation. Failed items are left for review rather than repeatedly retried.
The back often carries the printed serial, copyright year and set information that cannot be confirmed from the front.
The learning system uses confirmed corrections. A careless correction can create bad training evidence, so check the card first.
Numbered cards keep the print run in the title — for example 39/50 is shown as /50, while a true 1/1 stays 1/1.
A suggested price is not a valuation guarantee. Compare the matching listings and exclude bad comparables when needed.
Preparing an eBay draft is the safe staging step. Live publishing is deliberately separated from recognition.
