Returns

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All returns are reviewed to confirm eligibility for a refund.

• Items opened from their factory seal are not returnable.
• Buyer pays return postage.
• Please provide tracking for the courier you use (Royal Mail preferred).
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued after inspection. We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the return.
