Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery partners: Royal Mail and Evri.
- Shipping is calculated from the parcel size and weight and shown before payment.
- Free shipping applies only where a valid promotion explicitly provides it.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other factors outside our control.
Unless we agree a different period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the order is accepted.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for most items.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Return conditions
Returned goods must be sent back in the same condition in which they were supplied, with all original packaging and contents where reasonably possible.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds
We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back. We will then issue the required refund within 14 days to the original payment method, including the basic outbound delivery charge where the cancellation rules require it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at contact@cocollectibles.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
