Returns are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy. Items opened from their factory seal are not returnable.

7. External listings

If any products are listed by external users, those sellers are responsible for fulfilling the order. Any refunds or disputes must be resolved directly with the external seller, not CoCollectibles.

8. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login details confidential.

9. Intellectual property
