Competition Terms
These terms apply alongside the specific information shown on each competition page. If the specific page conflicts with these general terms, the specific page takes priority.
1. Promoter
CoCollectibles, King Arthurs Court, Maidstone Road, Charing, Ashford TN27 0JS. Contact: contact@cocollectibles.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, use accurate account details and comply with any per-person entry limit. Employees and anyone directly involved in administering a competition may not enter.
3. How to enter
Follow the instructions, answer the skill question and submit the entry before the stated closing time. Paid entries are not accepted until Stripe confirms payment. Automated, bulk, fraudulent or duplicate-account entries may be rejected.
4. Entry limits and closing
The prize, price, maximum entries, per-person limit and closing time are displayed on the relevant competition. We may close entry early when the stated maximum is reached. Material changes will be communicated fairly and will not disadvantage valid existing entrants.
5. Winner selection
A winner is selected fairly from valid entries after closing using the secure draw process recorded by the site. Entry quantity affects the number of valid entries in the draw. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using their account email and provided contact details.
6. Prizes
Prizes are as described, subject to availability, non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless the stated prize becomes unavailable. We aim to arrange delivery within 30 days after the winner is verified and provides the required delivery information.
7. Failed or invalid paid entries
If payment succeeds but a valid entry cannot be allocated because the competition has closed, filled, reached a user limit or no longer exists, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times are controlled by the payment provider and bank.
8. Publicity and privacy
We may publish a winner’s display name or first name and county where legally required or reasonably necessary to demonstrate a fair award. We will not publish full addresses or payment information. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Fairness and disqualification
We may disqualify entries affected by fraud, manipulation, multiple accounts, false details, abuse or technical interference. Decisions will be made reasonably and evidence will be retained where appropriate.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
These terms support transparent operation but do not replace specialist legal advice on the Gambling Act 2005, CAP Code or individual competition design.
